What is Your Delivery Time?
Our order for custom pet sweatshirts take 2 weeks to reach to you. all other order take about 1 week to arrive.
Can I expedite my order?
We understand that waiting can be difficult!
If you need your order urgently, you can select the express shipping option at checkout.
We offer various shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.
Can I upload multiple phothos with my order?
Upload your favorite photo on our website! Have more photos you want us to see? Awesome! Email them to us and don't forget to put your order number in the subject line. That way, we know who the artist is behind those amazing images.
Do you ship Internationally?
We ship US, Canada and Mexico.
Do you support Gift Messages?
Absolutely! We can make your order even more special.

Are you products true to size?
To make sure your new product fits you perfectly, we've included a detailed size guide on each product page. Take a moment to check it out and choose the ideal size for you.
Please note that, due to the customization of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Do you use my own photos for the embroidery?
Yes, absolutely!
We love working with our customers' images. Your photos are the inspiration for creating unique and personalized embroideries.
Send us a clear, well-lit image and we'll show you how we can transform it into a beautiful embroidery.
Do you Accept Retums & Exchanges?
We love personalizing your embroidery! Before we start production, we'll send you a mockup so you can visualize how your design will look. This way, you can request any changes before we start embroidering and ensure you're completely satisfied with the final result.
Since each embroidery is unique and made to order, once we start production, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change.
That's why we offer you the possibility to cancel your order without any issues if you notify us within the first 4 hours.
After this time, due to the fact that we quickly start the production process, we won't be able to accept cancellations.
